Yom Kippur is the most sacred day of the Jewish year. Tomorrow evening (October 1, 2006) is the beginning of Yom Kippur – the Day of Atonement. The International Day of Prayer for the Peace of Jerusalem [www.daytopray.com], instituted with the endorsement of hundreds of Christian leaders from around the world, representing tens of millions of Christians, is held annually on the first Sunday of every October.” This year the first Sunday of October is October 1, which just happens to begin Yom Kippor.

Israel’s acceptance of Yeshua brings life from the dead! It is awesome to even attempt to comprehend the power of resurrection. Do you realize that when Messiah was raised from the dead there was such a release of resurrection power in the earth that the entire city of Jerusalem was transformed? The biblical text tells us that many who were dead suddenly came to life and began to stroll throughout the city!
