It is humbling, surprising, rewarding and right to give to others. – Nick Chaconas
“He comes alongside us when we go through hard times, and before you know it, he brings us alongside someone else who is going through hard times so that we can be there for that person just as God was there for us.” (2 Corinthians, 1:3-5, The Message)
Who has God brought into your life at key times to pay it forward to you?

A daily email with short stories of changed lives and a prayer is the number one way to grow your network and build strong relationships.
“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations,” (Matthew 28:19a)
How can I exponentially multiply what I’m doing to expand God’s Kingdom?
How can I disciple a nation, let alone nations?
My life purpose is to be a great salesman for the Word of God by empowering other like-minded people. You’ve heard me say and will continue to hear me say, “When the Holy Spirit authors a message, …

More time with less people equals greater Kingdom impact!
So He Himself often withdrew into the wilderness and prayed. (Luke 5:16)
What is a Disciple? … and how do you make one?
Jesus spent the majority of his time with twelve disciples, not twelve hundred. There exists no better example of a godly leader than Jesus. He’s the gold standard, the mark we’re to aim for.
On his website, Patrick Morley, author of “The Man in the Mirror,” says:
First, what does it mean to be a disciple? In the Bible the word for disciple …

A coach needs to be a change expert!
“Physician, heal yourself!” (Luke 4:23)
How do you keep people energized?
One of the distinctive differences between mentoring and coaching is that a mentor is expected to give expert advice. A mentor has been down the road before and knows the ropes. But a coach does not necessarily need to be an expert in that area. However, a coach needs to be a change expert.
One of best ways to help a client who wants to change a personal habit is to provide S.E.A. – Support, …

The true measure of leadership is influence – nothing more, nothing less!  – John Maxwell

“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you” (Matthew 28:19-20)
It is not unusual to hear people say they do not feel like they are leaders, or that they are influential.  I certainly have felt that way at various times in my life.  If you feel like you …

God does the extraordinary through the ordinary!
“You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden.” (Matthew 5:14)
What will you do today to brighten someone’s world?
As I mentioned in my October 25 devotional titled “Be a Miracle,” I was “randomly” assigned to Larry Lotzer as my peer partner for my Life Focus leadership coaching course. Larry “just happened” (as orchestrated by God) to live in Minneapolis Minnesota, where Arleigh Heeren was getting married to Jeff Hagberg. I shared photos from that wedding …

“It is impossible to rightly govern the world without God and the Bible.” – George Washington
“Then I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within them, and take the stony heart out of their flesh, and give them a heart of flesh, that they may walk in My statutes and keep My judgments and do them; and they shall be My people, and I will be their God.” (Ezekiel 11:19-20)
Have you ever publically invited Jesus to be LORD of your family and your home?
Why not …

Mentorship is the shortest distance to any future you are desiring.
“But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.” (John 14:26)
My precious partner,,, Your success matters to me.
An uncommon mentor transfer wisdom through relationship. Mentors are the difference between poverty and prosperity; decrease and increase; loss and gain; pain and pleasure; deterioration and restoration.
Mentorship is the willingness to invest in others … to give. Jesus was the …

Less is more!
The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul; The testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple (Psalm 19:7)
For the past few weeks Matt Gregory, my pastor, has been preaching a series at Soul Purpose Church titled “Less is More.” Matt is a great communicator and learned a lot from Rick Warren’s CD series titled “Preaching for Life Change.”
Rick Warren is a master communicator. No matter what we do for a living, we can learn a lot about influencing people within our own sphere …

The size of the question determines the size of the result.
He (Jesus) said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” (Matthew 16:15)
Jesus was a master at asking life-changing questions. Asking one profound question can radically alter someone’s life!
My father is one of the best listeners and teachers I have ever known. He graduated #1 in his law school class while dating my mother and working about 30 hours per week to support himself financially. When I was growing up, several people who worked under my father’s leadership …
