Coaching is Crucial

11 November 2006 No Comment

In faith, fitness, family, and finances each of us needs the right coaching help.

“For I have given you an example, that you should do as I have done to you.” (John 13:15)

Have you seen Oprah Winfrey lately? She looks better today than she did twenty years ago. Why? She has hired a training coach to help her keep in shape. It’s working. Tom Cruise pays over one million dollars a year to his trainer(s) or coach(s) to help him keep looking like the multimillion dollar man he is. Professional athletics have trainers and coaches to assist them to reach the top of their game. As great as these athletics are and as talented as they are they still need coaches to help them be successful.

Why then would the common people like most of us assume that we would not need coaching help? In faith, fitness, family, and finances each of us needs the right coaching help. Our coaches are just called different names. For example: a faith coach is known as a pastor.

There are three reasons that in 2006, 95 out of 100 people who turn 65 years of age will have to continue to work: They have never had a financial coach. The other two reasons why people fail financially is because they have no written plan and no financial institution (credit union, bank, credit card company, etc.) to assist them.

The key is developing a team of trusted and qualified people you can call for assistance. This is true in every discipline of life we need a coach’s help.

Do you need a coach to help with your faith, fitness, family, or finances?

Prayer Power
LORD, You said to do unto others as we would have them do unto us. Help us to follow the Golden Rule. Thank You for being the supreme Coach of all eternity.
