Great message, Randy! While writing a book, I have discovered a new talent – how to find every excuse in the world to not do what needs to be done!! It is a special gifting, but one which I would like to throw away!! I am inspired by Moses today to just shut up and trust God to know what He is doing. He is the creator of the universe after all. Surely, He knows better than I do. As a leadership coach, I know this, but when you are in the midst of battle, it can be easy to forget. Thank you for the reminder.

Rick Warren says that one of the six biggest problems in the world today is lack of servant leaders. You have shown one of the reasons-many are called but few are “chosen,” meaning so many leaders have Moses excuses. I am glad you do not, Randy! Bob
