It is one of my favorite all time stories. I will always remember one aspect that you mentioned: only two people showed up and they were half an hour late the first day! I asked J. Edwin Orr, a revival historian who wrote a book about this, about the theological tension in saying, "We must pray to bring revival." He said it well, "The Calvinists will say, when God wants a revival He sets His people to praying! Either way we say it, prayer is what God wants."
