Hi Shelley, Thank you for your encouraging and insightful comment. As a physician, my perspective is that Wellness is a grossly neglected part of healthcare. That is a big reason why healthcare costs are soaring. Blessings, Randy

What a thought provoking, interesting and inspirational webinar yesterday with you, Jerry and Sharon Graham. I think we do get hung up on fitness and exercise and fail to really think about and take action on our overall "Wellness." A great point that you made about physicians being trained to treat illness not prevent it. How much better off we would be if we were more proactive in our prevention and desire to feel great. I think in today's culture we easily grow complacent and don't realize how much better we could feel (at any age) if we made better choices in eating, sleeping, exercise/activity, how we spend our time and energy.

I look forward to reading the Wellness book and finding out more about your upcoming class.

Blessings to all of you.
